The Technology Application and Promotion Institute of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-TAPI) is set to host “Tech Gateway Live!,” the Institute's largest gathering and platform for innovators to promote collaboration, increase awareness, and discover opportunities to benefit the intellectual property (IP) ecosystem on 28 July 2021.

Tech Gateway Live features speakers who talk about IP valuation as primer asset to monetization on 28 July 2021 via video conferencing

The “Tech Gateway Live!” is part of the Week-long Accomplishment and Culminating Activity for Special Projects  or WACAS that features the notable highlights of the special projects implemented by the Institute, the DOST 500 and Tech Trans Day Projects.

As the gateway of innovators to assistance with IP-related activities, DOST-TAPI will reveal the tips and tricks of the trade as invited distinguished guest speakers share their triumphs.

The gathering will highlight the achievements and contributions, different issues and challenges that clients' face, and possible solutions to address these concerns as they become more aware and driven in the near future.

“Our clients are the core of all DOST-TAPI’s programs as they define our mission as a service and technology Institute,” said Atty. Marion Ivy D. Decena, Officer-in-Charge of DOST-TAPI.

She added that the clients and their projects are the reason for having DOST 500 and Tech Trans Day and that it is only right that they get to be part of the week-long celebration.

The event will be streamed online through video conferencing and DOST-TAPI Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/DOST.TAPI.
